Key Responsibilities:

1. Utilize your Indeed and LinkedIn accounts to create and manage job postings.
2. Collaborate with our HR team to grasp the unique requirements of each role and craft compelling job postings.
3. Keep job postings current and appealing, regularly updating and refining them to attract top candidates.
4. Monitor the performance of job postings, implementing adjustments to improve visibility and effectiveness.
5. Report on job posting metrics and applicant quality.

Qualifications:

1. Ownership of personal or business Indeed and LinkedIn accounts.
2. Willingness to use your accounts for job posting purposes.
3. Basic knowledge of Indeed and LinkedIn platforms; prior job posting experience is a plus but not essential.
