Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform a wide range of administrative and support tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will be responsible for managing schedules, organizing meetings, preparing reports, handling correspondence, and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings

- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other documents

- Answer phone calls (optional), respond to emails, and handle correspondence

- Assist with the coordination of travel arrangements and expense reports

- Process invoices and maintain accurate records of expenses

- Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other materials

- Maintain and update databases, files, and other records

- Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred

- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative assistant or similar role

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
